Our last week Monday Motivational post was about ways in which we can always maintain an enviable level of positivity.

I remember we emphasized that it is not an easy task to take up but it always gives us the right results.

We couldn’t conclude the article last week, so today we’ll be doing just that.

So here are the concluding tips for accumulating positive energy which would help us go by our daily activities without the urge to give up on life.

Six. Don’t be afraid to fail; failure is part of learning and if you don’t know how it feels to not have things going as planned, the possibility of you not appreciating when things are going smoothly is really high.

So, understand that there would always be desert times and they don’t have to take up all of our joy but serve as lessons for when we actually get to the top.

Seven. Let go of grudges; human relationships have the tendency to hit the rocks and not go as planned, very often. People would offend you and see no reason to feel remorseful, so they don’t apologize.

In situations like this, what we advise is that you let it go. Some people exist to just suck out the joy from others, because they have nothing making them happy. We advise that you let it go because you need your peace and it is no one’s hand but yours; don’t give another person that privilege.

Eight. Be grateful for what’s in front of you; sometimes we’re so caught up in wanting the future to play out and for everything we want to be in place, that we forget what we have right in front of us.

We forget where we were and how we eagerly waited for what we have now, now we have it but are already expecting the next to play out without enjoying the now. Yes it is good to grow and to do it rapidly but don’t forget to be grateful and to enjoy the now.

Nine. Don’t settle for good enough; because you have something doesn’t mean you can’t get it in a better way. There’s always an upgrade and we should aim to be in the growing and developing crew.

But don’t allow the hunger for growth make you impatient and discontent, that only breeds unhappiness.

Ten. Be part of something bigger; get yourself involved in things that make you help others or put your skills and abilities to work. Some people find joy in joining charity organizations and that’s what keeps them happy.

Find that bigger thing that makes you happy and gives the feeling of fulfillment.

Finally, be happy because you deserve it! Find happiness in the little things too.

Have a cheerful week.
