Return Policy

• Returns will only be accepted within 7 business days after delivery is confirmed.

• Please note, no refunds available at the moment, however, an exchange can be made.

• Footwear must be as new and not worn other than for fitting purposes.

• All tags and labels must not be removed.

• Return and exchange shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Order Process and Delivery

• All orders take between 5 -8 work days for production.

• Delivery is done by our partner DHL or our private delivery representative’

• Delivery takes 1-2 days for Lagos orders,  2-3 days other states, within Nigeria, 5-7 days International delivery

Delivery Rates (For a maximum of 3 footwear)

• Within Lagos is N1,500

• Other states within Nigeria N1,500

• Ghana, United States (U.S) and United Kingdom (U.K) - N9,900 ($29)

• Other countries worldwide - N14,900 ($43)

P.s (Any footwear above  three (3) pairs incurs extra delivery fee for international orders only due to weight element.)
